Circles in the City

Enjoy this beautiful video from the Tron Lanh Network in Vietnam that intwines personal stories, laughter, songs, and moments of silence. The short film is a pause in the hustle and bustle of the city, where young people who once found connection and healing in shared circles now come together to talk. From the first seeds sown through an experience, they become seed planters, continuing and spreading the circle to different spaces and different groups of young people. The circle here is not just a method, but a “third place” that helps young people care for their mental health, learn to listen without judgment, and nurture lasting human connections.
